With a wealth of comprehensive materials, state-of-the-art simulators, and hands-on flight training, we equip you with everything necessary for your success.
Typically, the CFI applicants can get through the CFI and the CFII in the summer (usually by the end of July or the first week of August). We have our local ABC affiliate weatherman, Jay Prater, come and teach the weather module, we have a production flight test engineer come and teach the aerodynamics and spin portion, and many more. The main course will be taught by Kirby Ortega, who is a master flight instructor and who is in the flight instructor hall of fame. He has also received the Wright Brother Master Pilot award and is inducted in the Kansas Aviation Hall of Fame.
